Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur, has released the interview calls for admission to its PGDM programmes for the 2026–28 batch, including Business Management (BM) and Human Resource Management (HRM). Shortlisted candidates have started receiving official emails inviting them to participate in the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GD–PI) process.

For PGDM-BM, the overall cutoff for non-engineering candidates has risen to 96 percentile for males and 91 percentile for females. Meanwhile, for PGDM-HRM, the overall cutoff for non-engineering females has been reduced to 87 percentile.

Next Steps for Shortlisted Candidates

Candidates who have received XLRI BM or HRM interview calls for 2026 are required to complete the XLRI Admission Form within the stipulated timeline. As per the official communication, the XLRI Admission Form 2026 must be submitted between January 28, 2026 (5:30 PM) and January 30, 2026 (5:30 PM).

After submitting the admission form, candidates must also complete the Statement of Purpose (SoP). The SoP submission window will be open from January 31, 2026 (5:00 PM) to February 02, 2026 (5:00 PM). Completion of both the admission form and SoP is mandatory to proceed further in the GD–PI selection process.
