New Delhi: XLRI Jamshedpur and XLRI Delhi NCR achieved a 100% placement record for the graduating class of 2022-24 in their Two-year PGDM (BM) and Two-year PGDM (HRM) programs.
All 503 students of XLRI Jamshedpur and XLRI Delhi have received job offers during the Final Recruitment Process. The placement drive involved 154 recruiting entities, resulting in 519 domestic and 1 international offer, including 65 new recruiters.
Notably, 33.39% of the cohort received Pre-placement Offers (PPOs), underscoring the outstanding performance of these students during their Summer Internships. This comprehensive placement effort encompassed candidates from both the Jamshedpur and Delhi NCR campuses.
The primary segments concerning offered roles included Consulting, ITES, E-Commerce, Sales & Marketing, and General Management. Consulting firms accounted for 26% of the offers, while ITES, e-commerce, and sales & marketing constituted 20%, 17%, and 20% of the roles offered to students.
