XIM University Eligibility Criteria 2025
To apply for the Xavier Institute of Management UG/PG/PhD programs, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
Undergraduate Program

| B.Sc. (Hons.) - Economics | Class XII (or equivalent) in any discipline, with at least 50% in total. Final-year +2 students who plan to receive their results in 2025 can also apply. |
| B.Sc. (Hons.) Media Studies | Class XII (or equivalent) in any discipline with a minimum of 50% in aggregate. Final-year +2 students who expect their results in 2025 can also apply. |
| BBM (Hons.) | Class XII (or equivalent) in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate. Final-year +2 students who plan to receive their results in 2025 are also eligible to apply. |
| B.Com. (Hons.) | Class XII (or equivalent) in any discipline, with a minimum of 50% overall. Final year +2 students who expect their results in 2025 are also eligible to apply. |
Postgraduate Program

| MBA-RM | A bachelor's degree of at least three years (or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognized university, with at least 55% aggregate marks. Final-year degree students who plan to finish their final exams and other degree requirements by June 15, 2025, can also apply. |
| MBA-SM | Bachelor's degree of at least three years (or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognized university, with at least 55% aggregate marks. Final-year degree students who plan to finish their final examinations and other degree requirements by June 15, 2025, can also apply. |
| MBA-UMG | Candidates who finished first, second, or third in their Bachelor's degree program (at a recognized Institute, College, or University) are eligible to apply. Final-year degree candidates who anticipate such placements in their final exams may also apply. (Such candidates do not require the Admission Test scores shown below). When requested, all such applicants must provide a Certificate from the Institution's Head certifying their status. |

PhD Program

The final selection of pupils will be based only on merit, as determined by academic performance in class 10 and class 12 tests, as well as a personal interview.
