XIM University Begins MBA Admissions 2026, Apply Before December 10

Xavier Institute of Management (XIM University) has released MBA admissions 2026. The programs include an MBA in Business Management (BM), Human Resource Management (HRM), Rural Management (RM), Sustainability Management (SM), Urban Management & Governance (UMG), and an Executive MBA in Business Management (EMBA-BM).

Every year, additional fees are collected for the Development Fund (Rs.1,000,000), Course Materials (Rs.40,000), and IT Expenses (Rs.20,000).

XIM University MBA Admissions 2026 Eligibility Criteria

• For admission to MBA in Business Management (BM), Human Resource Management (HRM), Rural Management (RM), Sustainability Management (SM) and Urban Management & Governance (UMG), candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) in any subject with an aggregate of 55% marks
• Candidates in their final year are also eligible (must complete the degree by June 15, 2026)
• For admission to EMBA-BM (Executive MBA), candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with 55% marks, a minimum of 3 years of executive experience is required (5 years if self-employed), minimum age as of July 1, 2026, is 23 years and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer must be submitted with the application
• Additional Relaxations

1. For MBA-RM & MBA-SM candidates ranking at the Under Graduate (UG) level in 1st/2nd/3rd position are eligible to apply without test scores. They must also present the official ranking certificate at the time of the interaction.
2. For MBA-UMG candidates must have 55% in UG with valid test score or UG ranking in 1st/2nd/3rd (Without test score), or 60% in UG with interest in the urban sector (Without test score).

XIM University MBA Application Process 2026

• Register at XIM University's admission portal and receive your XU Login ID and password via email.
• Fill in your personal, academic and work experience, and select your programs, along with your test option for the programs you apply to. You will also need to upload your Statement of Purpose (SoP), photo and signature in JPEG format.
• Payment of Application Fees- INR 1800 for the first program/test INR 400 for each additional program/test (You can apply to multiple programs/tests on one application form)
• Confirmation by email will be sent after successful submission and payment of application fee.
• XGMT Test Fee: INR 1500 and application deadline: December 10, 2025

XIM University MBA Selection Process 2026

• Shortlisting will be based on the score of XAT, CAT, NMAT, GMAT, GATE, CEED, or XGMT
• Rank holders of UG degree will be eligible without a test (depending on the programs)
• The shortlisted candidates will participate in:

1. Group Discussion (GD)
2. Writing Ability Test (WAT)
3. Personal Interview (PI)

• Final selection will be based on admission test score, GD-WAT-PI performance, academic record, relevant work experience (if any)
