The Xavier Institute of Communications (XIC) has officially announced the registration and exam dates for the XIC Online Entrance Test (XET) 2025. Candidates aspiring for admission into various postgraduate diploma courses at XIC can begin the registration process from March 1, 2025.

Additional Information
Admit Card & Login Details:
- The XET date and time will be mentioned in the admit card, which will be provided upon registration.
- Login credentials for the online test will be shared via email before the assigned time slot.
In Case of No Show:
- If fees are not paid within the given period, the candidate’s seat will be forfeited, and the next candidate on the waitlist will be approached.
Registration Procedure for XET 2025
How to Register for the XIC Entrance Test (XET)?
To ensure a smooth registration process, candidates must follow these steps:
- Visit the official XIC website www.xaviercomm.org and click on REGISTER.
- Keep a scanned passport-size photograph ready for uploading.
- Fill in the online registration form carefully.
- Pay the registration fee of Rs. 2,500/- (inclusive of GST) using Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Submit a well-thought-out Statement of Purpose (SOP), as it may be discussed in the Zoom interview stage.
- Choose your preferred XET exam date and Zoom interview date.
- Note down your Application Number for future reference.
- The Admit Card will be sent via email post-registration. Candidates must check their inbox and spam folders regularly.
What If My Registration Is Unsuccessful?
In case of an unsuccessful registration, candidates will be given online instructions to fill out a fresh registration form. A new application number will be issued accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria for XET 2025
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility conditions:
- Age Limit: 35 years or below.
- Educational Qualification: Completion of a three-year Graduation (12+3) degree from a recognized university in India in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science, Computers, BMM, BMS, BE, Catering, etc.).
- Final Year Candidates: Those appearing for their final semester (2024-25) are also eligible to apply. However, they must submit their final graduation marksheet to obtain the Post-Graduate Diploma.
Can I Register for More Than One Course?
- Candidates can register for multiple courses, but each application must be submitted separately.
- The system may assign overlapping time slots for different tests. In such cases, candidates must contact the XET Controller at entrancetest@xaviercomm.org.
