Woxsen University 2026-27 Scholar's Round Applications Open; Check Last Date to Apply

The Woxsen University has opened the 2026-27 Scholar's Round applications. Forms are live on the official portal at applications.woxsen.edu.in. Candidates selected in this round receive an extra 10 percent merit scholarship.

The Scholar's Round covers all UG and PG programmes at the university. Applicants must have submitted their entrance test scorecard. They must also have completed the Personal Interview (PI) round.

Woxsen University 2026-27 Scholar's Round Last Dates

Application deadlines differ by programme. MBA has the earliest cut-off on November 14, 2026. Most other UG and PG programmes close on December 1, 2026.

What the Scholar's Round Offers?

The Scholar's Round grants an extra 10 percent scholarship on tuition fees. This benefit stacks on top of a regular scholarship. Woxsen offers two main scholarship categories under this scheme.

• Merit-Based Scholarship: Up to 50 percent on tuition fees for UG and PG candidates. It is based on academic records and entrance test scores.
• Sports Scholarship: Up to 100 percent on tuition fees. It applies to student-athletes with state, national, or international representation.

Who Is Eligible for the Scholar's Round?

Only candidates who finished the earlier admission stages can enter this round. The two mandatory conditions are listed below.

• Submission of a valid entrance test scorecard from an accepted exam.
• Completion of the Personal Interview round conducted by Woxsen University.

Woxsen accepts several national entrance exams for admission. These include JEE Main, CAT, XAT, and NMAT. MHT CET, TS EAMCET, and AP EAMCET are also accepted. UGC-NET and CSIR-NET count for research-track programmes. The university also runs its own tests. W-JEET is for B.Tech admissions and WAT is for MBA. WDT is used for B.Des applicants.

Commitment Fee Deadlines for the Extra 10 Percent

Selection in the Scholar's Round is not the final step. Candidates must confirm their seat by paying the commitment fee. Missing this deadline cancels the additional 10 percent benefit.

2. Register using a valid email ID and mobile number.
3. Fill in your academic, entrance test, and personal details.
4. Upload the required documents including the entrance scorecard.
5. Complete the PI round when scheduled by the university.
