How to Confirm Admission and Report to the Institute?
Seat allotment alone does not confirm admission. Candidates must complete two more steps before the deadline.
The first step is online seat acceptance. Candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee through the counselling portal. The fee can be paid using net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
The second step is physical reporting at the allotted institute. Candidates must carry printed copies of the allotment letter and original certificates. The institute will verify the documents and collect the balance tuition fee.
Documents Required at the Time of Reporting
- Provisional seat allotment letter of Round 3.
- WBJEE 2026 rank card and admit card.
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and pass certificates.
- Photo identity proof issued by the government.
- Domicile certificate for West Bengal candidates.
- Category certificate, if claiming reservation.
- Recent passport-size photographs.
The board pushed the reporting date from July 30 to August 1. This gives students two extra days to arrange funds and travel. Round 3 is the last chance for allotted candidates to secure a seat this session.
