The West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) has announced the West Bengal AYUSH Undergraduate (UG) Counselling 2026 schedule. Registration will open on September 17, 2026 on the official portal at wbmcc.nic.in. The counselling covers BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, and BNYS admissions for the 2026-27 academic session.

Only candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2026 are eligible to register. Applicants must also meet the domicile or All India Quota rules set by WBMCC. The Notice cum Information Bulletin is live on the official website.

Courses Under WB AYUSH UG Counselling 2026

The centralised process fills seats across four undergraduate AYUSH streams. Each degree trains students in a distinct indigenous medicine system.

  • BAMS: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
  • BHMS: Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery
  • BUMS: Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery
  • BNYS: Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences

WB AYUSH Seat Distribution and Participating Colleges

  • 85 percent State Quota seats in government AYUSH colleges.
