New Delhi: Veer Narmad South Gujarat University (VNSGU) has begun the application process for Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing in all its affiliated colleges for the academic session 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @vnsgu.ac.in.

VNSGU offers a gamut of MBBS, BHMS, MD, MS, B.Sc (Nursing), BPT, MPT, M.Sc (Nursing) & MOT programs in various disciplines in its affiliated colleges. Candidates seeking admission to the MSc Nursing programme can submit their applications till October 07, 2022. 

Admission to the MSc Nursing programme will be based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the MSc Nursing Entrance Test conducted by the university.

The university will shortly announce the entrance exam dates for the M.Sc Nursing Admission 2022. Similarly, the counselling dates will also be announced by the university once the exam is concluded. 

VNSGU M.Sc Nursing Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admissions into the two-year MSc Nursing programme will have to fulfill the eligibility criteria. 

• Candidates must hold a BSc. Nursing/ B.Sc (Hons. Nursing)/ PB Nursing degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate with one-year of working experience
• The candidate should be a registered nurse or midwife to any State Nursing Council. 
• Those candidates who have completed PB Nursing through distance education mode are not eligible to apply if the study center is not recognized by INC. 
• Candidates must have a 10 month of working experience after pursuing BSc. Nursing/ B.Sc (Hons. Nursing)/ PB Nursing on or before August 31 2022. 
• Candidates must be physically fit 

VNSGU M.Sc Nursing Admission 2022: Selection Process

• Candidate's selection to the MSc Nursing programme will be done on the basis of an entrance test followed by a personal interview conducted by the university. 
• The university will prepare two merit lists for the candidates satisfying the eligibility criteria, after which the final admission will be decided considering various factors. 
• The criteria for deciding marks of the merit shall be based on the total percentage obtained in the final semester of BSc. Nursing/ B.Sc (Hons. Nursing)/ PB Nursing.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of VNSGU @vnsgu.ac.in

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
