VMOU released the first waiting list of selected candidates for Ph.D. admission in the 2025 session. Candidates who have cleared the document verification and interview process must complete their fee submission by February 15, 2025, along with NOC.
VMOU has announced the first waiting list of candidates selected for PhD admission for 2025 following document verification and interviews. Shortlisted students must complete their fee payment of ₹37,000 by February 15, 2025.

Instructions for Selected Candidates
- Candidates must submit the PhD fee via bank challan at any Punjab National Bank branch in Rajasthan.
- A scanned copy of the bank challan and NOC must be sent to research@vmou.ac.in after fee payment.
- Employed candidates must submit an NOC from their employer.
- Unemployed candidates must provide an undertaking confirming that they are not employed.
Candidates must complete the payment and document submission process before the deadline to secure their admission.
