VMOU Application Deadline 2026 for January Session Extended to March 22; Register @vmou.ac.in

Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota, has announced the extension of the application deadline for the January 2026 session. In a move to accommodate more students, the university has extended the last date for the fourth time, allowing candidates additional time to secure their seats in various programs.

According to the VMOU official admission portal, the revised deadline for fresh admissions, promotee applications, and MBA programs is now March 22, 2026. This extension applies to all Undergraduate (UG), Postgraduate (PG), Diploma, and Certificate courses offered through distance and online learning.

This is the 4th time the university has extended the registration date for this session, reflecting its commitment to student accessibility. Applications are open for popular courses including BA, B.Com, B.Sc, MA, M.Sc, M.Com, MBA, B.Ed, and various professional diplomas. Students are advised that starting from the January session, several programs have transitioned to a semester-based examination system in compliance with NEP 2020.

The university portal currently does not support debit card payments. Applicants are encouraged to use Net Banking, Credit Cards, or E-Mitra wallets via the SSO portal. Eligible candidates can visit the official website at vmou.ac.in to fill out the form and download the final receipt.

The university administration has urged students not to wait until the final day to avoid technical glitches or server issues.
