VIT has announced the VITEEE 2024 exam dates, scheduled from April 19 to April 30. Interested candidates can register until March 30, 2024, by visiting the official website at viteee.vit.ac.in to complete the application process.
New Delhi: Vellore Institute of Technology has announced the exam dates for the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE) 2024, set to take place from April 19 to April 30, 2024.

Earlier, the registration process for VITEEE 2024 started on November 1 and will remain open until March 30. Interested candidates can complete the application form on the official website at viteee.vit.ac.in.
VITEEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- As per VITEEE 2024 Eligibility Criteria, Candidates born on or after July 1, 2002, are eligible to apply for engineering admission in 2024. The date of birth mentioned in the High School/SSC/Class 10 certificate will be deemed authentic. Therefore, applicants must present this certificate in its original form as evidence of their age during counseling/admission. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from admission.
- Candidates must secure a minimum combined score of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and either Mathematics or Biology in their Class 12 exams.
VITEEE 2024 Exam Pattern
According to the VITEEE 2024 Exam Pattern, the VITEEE 2024 exam will comprise only multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Each correct answer carries a mark, and there is no negative marking for incorrect responses. The question paper will be in English. The exam consists of a total of 125 questions, divided into five sections.
- Mathematics or Biology: 40 questions
- Physics: 35 questions
- Chemistry: 35 questions
- Aptitude: 10 questions
- English: 5 questions
How to Register for VITEEE 2024?
Step 1: Go to the official website — viteee.vit.ac.in.
Step 2: If you are a new user, sign up; if you already have an account, sign in.
Step 3: Complete all relevant and required fields. After filling in the primary details, an application number will be generated. Use this application number in all your future correspondence.
Step 4: Pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs 1350.
Step 5: Upload your photo and signature, then submit the application form.
Step 6: Download and save the filled-in application for your reference and further correspondence.
