Vishwakarma University VUPET Application Starts on February 14 for PhD Admission; Check Details Here

Vishwakarma University is going to start PhD admission process through the VUPET entrance exam which will be conducted on April 20, 2025. The application process for the entrance exam will be started on February 14, 2025.

Applicants have to pay PhD admission form fee of Rs. 3000/- (Rs. 2000/- for reserve category candidates). The form will be available on the official website of Vishwakarma University.

Vishwakarma University PhD Admission 2025: Eligibility Criteria

• A master's degree (1-year/2-semester or 2-year/4-semester) after a bachelor's degree (4-year/8-semester or 3-year program), or an equivalent qualification recognized by accredited institutions.
• Minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled/EWS candidates).
• For candidates with a 4-year bachelor's degree, a minimum of 75% marks or equivalent grade is required (5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled/EWS candidates).
• Candidates with an M.Phil. degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized or accredited institution.
• 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled/EWS candidates.

Applicants who have qualified for fellowship/scholarship in UGC-NET/UGC- CSIR NET/GATE/CEED and similar National level tests may be exempted from VUPET Entrance test after verification.

• Graduation Mark Sheet.
• Graduation Passing Certificate
• Postgraduation Mark Sheet

• Domicile Certificate / Birth Certificate / School Leaving Certificate (any one).
• Nationality Certificate / Birth Certificate / Passport (any one).
• Entrance Test Score card (if applicable).
• Two Latest Passport Size Photographs.
• Transfer / Leaving Certificate from previous college
• Migration Certificate (if applicable)
• PAN Card (if available).
• Gap Certificate (if applicable)
• Scanned Copy of Passport Size Photograph
• Scanned Copy of Signature
• For Reserved Category Students (in addition to above listed documents) – Caste Certificate, Caste Validity, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate

Scanned copies must be in JPG/JPEG/PDF format with a size of less than 5 MB each.
