VGSOM, IIT Kharagpur, is currently conducting its MBA Admission Process for 2025. The Personal Interview rounds will take place in March 2025, and the final admission results will be announced between May 1 and 5, 2025.
VGSOM IIT Kharagpur MBA admission 2025 process is currently underway. While the application portal has closed, candidates can make corrections to their submitted applications until February 8, 2025.
The Round 1 Online Personal Interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place from March 1 to 3, 2025.

VGSOM MBA Admission 2025: Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission to the MBA program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree of at least four years in Engineering, Technology, or Pharmacy OR
- A Master’s degree in Science, Economics, or Commerce, provided the candidate had Mathematics or Statistics at the undergraduate level.
Minimum Required Marks:
- General/EWS/OBC candidates must have at least 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
- SC/ST/PWD candidates must secure a minimum of 55% marks or a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-point scale

Participating in the Personal Interview (PI) is a compulsory step in the admission process. Candidates are shortlisted for the PI based on their CAT 2024 scores, academic background, and additional criteria. To qualify for shortlisting, applicants must meet the minimum CAT 2024 percentile requirements as specified in the table above.
