At the UG level, the institute is accepting applications for major programmes including B.Tech, B.Pharm, BCA/BCA (Hons), BBA/BBA (Hons), B.Sc/B.Sc (Hons), B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture, BA LLB (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons), along with Lateral Entry options. The V-SAT registration process will commence on November 13, 2025, for candidates seeking admission to UG programs at VFSTR. The university has announced April 15, 2026, as the final date related to the V-SAT schedule; however, aspirants are advised to verify whether this deadline applies specifically to registration or the exam window by checking the official portal.

The entrance exam follows a pattern similar to JEE Main and EAMCET, assessing students on core subjects and problem-solving skills. VFSTR has also made sample question papers available online to help applicants prepare ahead of the test.

VFSTR Admission 2026 Eligibility Criteria

VFSTR has outlined two major admission categories for the 2026 intake. Under Category ‘A’, candidates will be selected based on their performance in national and state-level entrance exams, including V-SAT, EAMCET, and JEE (Main/Advanced).

For Category ‘B’, students from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana who have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in their +2/Intermediate examination are eligible to apply, subject to university norms.

Additionally, for certain undergraduate programs, candidates born on or after July 1, 2005, with at least 60% marks in Intermediate, qualify to appear for V-SAT.
