Utkal University, Bhubaneshwar has opened its PhD applications on January 3, 2025, the university will accept applications till January 10, 2025. The following category of students will be applicable for PhD program per UGC guidelines
Category 1: Admission to PhD along with eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Assistant Professor.
Category 2: Admission to PhD without JRF and only with Assistant Professor eligibility.
Category 3: Only admission to PhD with no JRF or no Assistant Professor fellowship.
