UP NEET PG Counseling 2024: Second Round Counselling Schedule Released

The Office of the Director General, Medical Education & Training, Uttar Pradesh, has released the schedule for the second round of online counselling for UP NEET PG 2024. This round is for admissions into postgraduate courses, including MD, MS, Diploma, and DNB programs, in government, autonomous, and private medical colleges within Uttar Pradesh.The online registration process will start from December 12, 2024, 11 AM onwards.

Resignation Deadline for Candidates Admitted in Round 1

Candidates who were admitted to seats in the first round of counselling but wish to resign can do so by 11:00 AM on 11th December 2024. The resignation process must be completed in person at the nodal center where the admission was confirmed. Candidates should submit a resignation letter to finalize the process. Resignations made through any other means will not be accepted.

Important Points for Candidates

• Eligibility: Only those candidates who have registered under UP NEET PG 2024 and paid the registration fee along with the security deposit are eligible to take part in the counselling process.
• Choice Filling: The registered candidates who have deposited their fees can exercise the choice-filling option within the prescribed period.
• Admission Process: Selected candidates would have to download their allotment letter, and admission process would be carried out within a stipulated time frame. Original documents are scanned during the process.
• Policy Guidelines: Candidates must ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria under the Government Order and the UP NEET PG 2024 official brochure.
