As per the updated timeline, online registration will be open from January 23 to February 1, 2026. The seat allotment result will be announced on February 9, 2026.

The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGMET), Uttar Pradesh, has released the revised schedule for the third round of UP NEET PG Counselling 2025. The updated timeline has been issued in accordance with the revised schedule notified by the MCC, New Delhi.

The counselling process is being conducted for admission to state quota seats in MD, MS, Diploma and DNB courses across government and private medical colleges, institutions and medical universities in Uttar Pradesh.

According to the NEET official notification, online registration for Round 3 will commence on January 23, 2026, and will remain open until February 1, 2026. The merit list for eligible candidates will be declared on February 2, 2026. Following this, the online choice filling process will begin on February 3, 2026 and will continue till February 7, 2026.
The seat allotment result for Round 3 will be announced on February 9, 2026. Candidates who are allotted seats will be able to download their allotment letters and complete the admission process from February 9 to February 13, 2026.

It is important to note that candidates who have already registered for the counselling process earlier are not required to register again. As per the UP NEET PG 2025 brochure, candidates must assess their eligibility on their own. Only those candidates who have completed online registration and deposited the required security amount will be eligible to participate in choice filling.
