- Graduation mark sheet and certificate
- Post-graduation (if claimed) mark sheet and certificate
- Experience certificate (if claimed)

- Domicile
- Affidavit (wherever required)
- Two Photographs
- Aadhar Card/Valid Photo-identity Proof
- JRF certificate (if claimed).
