UOU admission 2025 is open now. Candidates must have qualified 10+2 examination for admission to UG, Diploma, and Diploma programs. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree is required for admission to PG and PG diploma programs.
Uttarakhand Open University (UOU) is inviting applications for admission to its UG, PG, PG Diploma, Diploma, and Certificate programs for the January 2025 session. The last date to apply has been extended to March 31, 2025.

UOU Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- Undergraduate Programs (UG): Candidates must have passed 10+2 or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Postgraduate Programs (PG): A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university is required.
- Certificate and Diploma Programs: Eligibility varies by program. Most require a minimum qualification of 10th standard or 10+2, depending on the course.
- Postgraduate Diploma Programs: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
UOU Admission 2025 Documents Required
Applicants must have the following documents ready for submission.
- For UG Admissions:
- 10th Marksheet and Certificate (as proof of Date of Birth)
- 12th Marksheet and Certificate
- Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
- Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/Minority, if applicable)
- Passport-sized Photographs
- For PG Admissions:
- Bachelor’s Degree Marksheet and Certificate
- 10th and 12th Marksheet and Certificates
- Migration Certificate from the last attended university
- Domicile and Category Certificates (if applicable)
- Passport-sized Photographs
- For Certificate/Diploma/PG Diploma Programs:
- Last qualifying examination’s Marksheet and Certificate
- Domicile and Category Certificates (if applicable)
- Passport-sized Photographs
- For All Applicants:
- Aadhar Card or any valid government-issued ID proof
