Union Minister Inaugurates Training Program for Kendriya Bhandar Officials Designed by IIM Raipur; Check Details Here

New Delhi: Union Minister Jitendra Singh has inaugurated the training program developed by the Indian Institute of Management, Raipur (IIM Raipur) on September 22, 2023. The program is designed for officials of Kendriya Bhandar. 

Speaking on this occasion, Minister Jitendra Singh expressed his views regarding the program developed by IIM Raipur and termed it as an example of a government organisation investing for the growth and development of professionalism of their workforce. 

The program was developed to improve the skills of all its employees and adapt to changing times. It is aimed to create enthusiasm in the cooperative sector. Singh appreciated the dedication of Kendriya Bhandar for employee development through this collaboration with IIM Raipur.

In an official statement, Jitendra Singh stated that It is a significant example of a government organisation that invests in the growth and professionalism of its workforce.

In a speech, Kendriya Bhandar’s Managing Director Mukesh Kumar said that he believed that investing in empowering employees is an investment for the future of the organisation and further he stated that “partnering with IIM-Raipur for this training program is a testament to our commitment to excellence and continuous effort in serving the nation.”

IIM Raipur Director Ram Kumar Kakkani expressed his thoughts on this collaboration and said that this initiative will usher in a new era of empowerment and growth for public sector employees through meaningful cooperation.
