UHSR to Conduct Round 2 Counselling for Admission to Master of Pharmacy on November 25; Check Details Here

Pt. BD Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak is going to conduct Round 2 counselling for admission to Master of Pharmacy courses for AY 2024-25 on November 25, 2024.

Candidates will be able to admit in Constituent and Pvt. Pharmacy institutions affiliated with Pt. BD Sharma University of Health Sciences. The counselling will be held in the Committee Room, Office of Director, PGIMS, Rohtak.

UHRS M.Pharm Counselling: Documents Required

Candidates must bring the following documents for verification before the Admission Committee on November 25, 2024.

• Matriculation Certificate/High School/ICSE/Class X/Class XII or equivalent certificate as proof of date of birth.
• Three recent passport-sized photographs (self-attested).
• Character certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended or a First-Class Executive Magistrate.
• Resident Certificate (if applicable)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Creamy/Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for BC-A/BC-B candidates
• Identification Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, Ration Card, or Parivar Pehchan Patra).
• For candidates with CGPA grades, a certificate showing the conversion factor from the respective university must be provided.

Important Instructions

• Candidates must regularly visit the official university website (www.uhsr.ac.in) for any updates related to admissions and counseling. Individual notifications or reminders will not be sent to candidates.

• All candidates must report at the designated venue by 9:00 AM on the specified date. They should bring the necessary original documents and certificates.
• Candidates are required to bring a demand draft of ₹20,000 as provisional tuition fee, payable to the Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D. Sharma UHS, Rohtak. Alternatively, payment can be made using a debit or credit card on the spot. The remaining tuition fees must be deposited at the allotted institute.

Note: Candidates failing to pay the required fee will lose their chance of admission.
