Candidates must pay INR 2810 as a registration fee, INR 5650 as a security deposit, and INR 10750 as PhD coursework fee before the physical counseling.

University Business School, Affiliated with Punjab University, has released a list of candidates eligible for further process of PhD program admission. The further process of PhD admission includes making the required fee payment and attending the physical counseling to be held on December 12, 2024, along with the original and copy of the documents including academic certificate, age proof, migration certificate, caste certificate, etc.

Candidates selected for the University Business School PhD program admission must follow the dates mentioned below:

UBS PhD Program Fee Submission Details

Before appearing for physical counseling, candidates must make sure that the fees mentioned as per the table below are duly cleared

The payment proof of the above-mentioned fee must be submitted along with the required documents on the date of the physical counseling of the candidates.

Follow the steps mentioned below to make the fee payment through the University Business School online portal

Click sign up at @payonline.puchd.ac.in.
After completing the necessary information, click the "Sign Up" button.
Enter your login information and pay when you are admitted.

UBS PhD Program Documents Required

Candidates must present a copy as well as the original list of documents mentioned below

Marksheets for classes 10, 12, and graduation
Certificate of caste
Within the allotted time, the candidate who is not affiliated with Punjab University must present a migration certificate.
Character Certificate from the previous school.
NOC from the employer in the event that the candidate is employed.
The relieving letter from the relevant employer should be brought by the candidate if they are JRF and serving at the time of admission.
Two photos that were self-attested.

The candidate will be considered to have declined the offer of admission to the Ph.D. program for the Academic Session 2024-2025 if they fail to show up for Counseling-cum-Admission on the designated date and time. The seat will then be offered to the next applicant on the merit list.
