University Business School (UBS) Chandigarh is accepting applications for admission to its MBA Program(s) for the Session 2025-26. The last to Generate Login & Password is February 03, 2025. Further, the last date for uploading the photograph, signature & rest of the information is February 10, 2025.

University Business School MBA Eligibility Criteria

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from Panjab University or any other recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate (45% for SC/ST/BC/PwD candidates)
• A pass in the final examination conducted by the
  • Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, or
  • Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England, or
  • Institute of Company Secretaries of India
• AMIE Examination with 50% marks or more after having passed the diploma examination with 60% marks or above and having at least 5 years of research/teaching or professional experience

University Business School MBA Admission Criteria

• Admission will be made on the basis of merit determined by scores of the candidates in Common Admission Test (CAT)-2024

University Business School MBA Admission Process

Admission to UBS will be based on merit determined by the CAT 2024 scores, followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).

• Candidates will be shortlisted for GD & PI based on their CAT scores.
• The number of candidates called for GD & PI will be 10 times the number of seats or the total number of eligible candidates, whichever is lower.
• GD & PI will be held at UBS, Panjab University, Chandigarh.
• Candidates will be notified of GD & PI schedules via the UBS admission website and registered email.

The final merit list will be based on the combined score of CAT, GD, and PI, and will be prepared category-wise.

Weightage for Admission:

• CAT: 85%
• Group Discussion: 7.5%
• Personal Interview: 7.5%

University Business School MBA Counselling

The final combined category-wise result of the candidates is expected to be notified in April/May 2025. Counselling information will be posted on the UBS admission website.

Counselling Procedure:

• Candidates must appear in person for counselling.
• If unable to attend, candidates may send an authorized representative with a notarized authorization and the representative's signed authentication.

Note: Admission shall be made strictly on the basis of merit.
