Tezpur University has announced the list of students chosen for its PhD program in the academic year 2025. Candidates chosen must pay the fee by January 17, 2025, and be present on campus for the physical admission procedure and document verifications on the specified date.

The candidate will have to present the following documents at the time of physical admission for verification:

• A print copy of the online application completed in the required format, together with a self-attestation medical certificate.
• Copies of each board, council, and university exam starting in the tenth grade, along with the self-attested pass certificates, mark sheets, and grade cards, and the H.S.L.C. migration certificate from the university or institutions most recently attended.
• A valid NET/JRF/GATE certificate, if any.
• If applicable, a category certificate from the relevant government.
• If chosen under the OBC-NCL/EWS category, the most recent OBC-NCL/EWS certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
• Three passport-sized photo copies.
• A certificate of no objection from the part-time employee's employer permits

Following admission, candidates must complete their Anti-Ragging Affidavits online in accordance with UGC standards and turn in printouts of the affidavits to the undersigned's office signed by the candidate and their parents/guardians.
