TS POLYCET 2026 Counselling Schedule Out; Phase 1 Registration from May 27

The Telangana Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TGPOLYCET 2026) counselling process has commenced with the first phase registration window. Eligible MPC stream rank holders can register on the official website tgpolycet.nic.in from May 27 to May 31, 2026.

The TS POLYCET 2026 counselling process includes several stages such as payment of processing fee, slot booking for certificate verification, certificate verification, and option entry along with seat allotment.

Candidates are required to complete the online filing of basic information and pay the prescribed processing fee through online payment methods including net banking, debit card, or credit card. The processing fee has been fixed at Rs. 300 for SC/ST candidates and Rs. 600 for candidates belonging to other categories.

TS POLYCET 2026 First Phase Counselling Important Dates

Candidates must attend certificate verification at their booked Help Line Centre on the scheduled date and time. Physical presence is mandatory for all candidates seeking admission into diploma courses in Telangana polytechnics.

Documents Required for TS POLYCET 2026 Verification

Candidates must carry:

• TGPOLYCET Rank Card
• Aadhar Card
• SSC Marks Memo
• Study Certificates
• Transfer Certificate (TC)
• Income Certificate (if applicable)
• Caste Certificate (for reserved category candidates)
• EWS Certificate (if applicable)

Candidates must produce:

• Original certificates
• Two sets of xerox copies

Special Category Certificate Verification

Candidates belonging to:

• PHC (Physically Challenged)
• CAP (Children of Armed Forces)
• NCC
• Sports
• Anglo-Indian

Special Category Verification Schedule

After certificate verification, candidates can exercise web options from: Home and Internet centres. The order of options is very important for seat allotment.

Candidates should carefully select colleges and branches based on preference. Candidates are advised to exercise as many options as possible to improve allotment chances.

TS POLYCET 2026 Fee Structure

Provisional Allotment & Reporting

The first phase provisional allotment will be released on or before June 6, 2026 on tgpolycet.nic.in.

Candidates must download the allotment order using:

• ROC Form Number
• Hall Ticket Number
• Password
• Date of Birth

Pay the prescribed fee online. Complete self-reporting through the website. Physically report at the allotted college from June 8-9, 2026. Failure to pay the fee or complete reporting will result in automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.

TS POLYCET 2026 Final Phase Counselling Schedule

The final phase is open to: Candidates who did not attend the first phase, Candidates who secured seats but wish to change them and NCC/Sports category candidates.

Options exercised during the first phase will not be considered in the final phase. Candidates must enter options again.

Candidates must verify details mentioned on the Receipt of Certificates (ROC) after verification. Any correction must be reported immediately. Login ID will be sent to the registered mobile number after certificate verification. Candidates should not share login credentials or passwords with anyone.

The TS POLYCET 2026 counselling process will continue from May 27 to July 8, 2026, covering first phase counselling, final phase allotment, internal sliding, and spot admissions. Candidates must complete every stage within the scheduled timeline to secure admission into diploma courses in Telangana polytechnics.
