TGCHE has opened TS PGECET 2026 Phase 1 web option entry for ME MTech and MArch admissions at pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in. Candidates can exercise choices till July 21 2026 with a one-time edit window on July 22 2026.
The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has opened the Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) 2026 Phase 1 web option entry. The facility is live at pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in. It covers admissions into ME, MTech, and MArch programmes.
Only registered candidates with verified certificates can list their preferences. The option entry window will close on July 21, 2026. A single option editing chance will follow on July 22, 2026.

Who Is Eligible to Exercise Options?
Only candidates who completed Phase 1 registration can enter options. They must have finished the online certificate verification step. The preference page will not open without verified documents.
JNAFAU programmes are excluded from this phase. These include MArch, MTech Planning, and MTech Environmental Science and Building Engineering. They will be offered in a later phase, as per the official notice.
What Is the Phase 1 Processing Fee?
The processing fee is Rs 1,200 for OC and BC candidates. It is Rs 600 for SC, ST, and PwD candidates. The fee is non-refundable and applies only to Phase 1.
How to Exercise Web Options for TS PGECET 2026?
- Visit the official portal at pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in.
- Click the Web Options Login link on the homepage.
- Enter the hall ticket number, password, and date of birth.
- Select colleges and courses in strict order of preference.
- Save each entry and review the final list carefully.
- Take a printout of the saved options for personal records.
Seat allotment runs strictly on merit and the exact order you list. The system checks your highest possible preference first. A poorly ordered list can push a good rank into a lower choice college.
