TS ICET 2026 Phase 1 Seat Allotment Out; Pay Fee by Aug 14

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has released the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test (TS ICET) 2026 Phase 1 seat allotment result on the official portal at tgicet.nic.in. Allotted candidates can now download the provisional allotment order from the counselling login. The result covers MBA and MCA admissions across participating colleges in Telangana.

Candidates with an allotted seat must pay the prescribed tuition fee online. They must also complete the web self-reporting step on the same portal. The last date for both actions is August 14, 2026.

Skipping either step by the deadline will cancel the allotted seat automatically. The vacated seat then joins the open pool for the final phase.

How to Check the TS ICET 2026 Phase 1 Seat Allotment Result?

The allotment order carries the allotted college, course, category, and tuition fee amount. Candidates should follow the steps below to view and download it.

  • Visit the official portal at tgicet.nic.in.
  • Click on the Phase 1 allotment order link on the homepage.
  • Enter the TS ICET hall ticket number and date of birth.
  • Enter the payment reference identification number and captcha shown.
  • Submit the details to view the allotment order on screen.
  • Download the allotment order and save a PDF copy.

How to Pay the Tuition Fee and Complete Self-Reporting?

The tuition fee amount is printed on the allotment order itself. Candidates must pay this exact fee through the online mode only.

  • Log in to the counselling portal with the hall ticket number and password.
  • Open the tuition fee payment link on the candidate dashboard.
  • Pay the fee through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
  • Save the payment receipt for future reference.
  • Return to the dashboard and open the web self-reporting link.
  • Confirm acceptance of the allotted seat to lock the admission.
  • Download the self-reporting slip and print a hard copy.

What Happens If You Miss the August 14 Deadline?

Candidates who fail to pay the fee lose the allotted seat. The same rule applies for missing the self-reporting step. TGCHE does not entertain individual requests for late reporting.

The cancelled seat returns to the open pool for the final phase. Candidates who lose the seat can still join the final phase counselling. The final phase registration window opens on August 17, 2026.

Why This Matters

Phase 1 fills most MBA and MCA seats in top Telangana colleges. Missing the deadline sends the seat to a smaller final phase pool. Preferred colleges and specialisations rarely reappear in the final round.

Action Plan for Candidates

  • Log in to tgicet.nic.in and download the Phase 1 allotment order.
  • Confirm the allotted college, course, and tuition fee amount on the order.
  • Arrange the exact tuition fee through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
  • Pay the tuition fee online on or before August 14, 2026.
  • Complete the web self-reporting step on the same portal.
  • Save the self-reporting slip and payment receipt as PDF copies.
  • Report to the allotted college with original certificates for verification.
Keep an Eye On

TGCHE opens final phase registration and web options on August 17, 2026. Candidates without a Phase 1 seat can join this round.
