DME Tripura has announced the Stray Vacancy Round Provisional Allotment Results for NEET UG Counseling 2024. Candidates must report to their allotted institutes by November 5, 2024, 5 PM.

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) of Tripura has released the provisional allotment results for the Stray Vacancy Round of NEET UG 2024 Counselling. This round allows eligible candidates one final opportunity to secure admission for undergraduate medical courses in Tripura.

Reporting Instructions for Provisionally Allotted Candidates

All candidates allotted seats must report to the Directorate of Medical Education in Agartala with a printed allotment letter, all original eligibility documents, qualification certificates, and four passport-sized photographs of the candidate. The reporting period is scheduled from November 3 to November 4, 2024.

The DME will issue a nomination to each candidate, which they must obtain by reporting to the DME office with all required documents from November 3, 2024, 3 PM, to November 5, 2024, 12 PM.

Admission Process and Deadlines

Nominated candidates must undergo document verification at their allotted institutions. This process is scheduled from November 3, 3 PM to November 5, 5 PM, and involves verification of eligibility, qualification, and category certifications. Candidates must complete their admissions by 5 PM on November 5, 2024.

Service Bond and Discontinuation Bond Requirements

Candidates are required to submit a Service Bond at the DME office, confirming their acceptance of the seat and institution. Additionally, a Discontinuation Bond must be provided to ensure the candidate commits to completing the course once admitted.

Guidelines for Document Submission:

  • Only original documents will be accepted for verification.
  • If any discrepancies or false documents are detected, the DME reserves the right to cancel the candidate’s admission at any point, even post-admission.
  • In case of ambiguity, National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines will be applicable.
