November 24, 2020: Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) has extended the online TNAU UG Counselling 2020 schedule to 6 days in view of Nivar Cyclone forecast. The online counselling is now scheduled to be conducted from November 26 to December 01, 2020.
Earlier, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) had planned UG Admission 2020 counselling under the general quota for three days i.e. November 26 to November 28, 2020. Subsequently, the varsity will commence offline courses for special reservations from Nov 30.
M Kalyanasundaram, Dean at TNAU stated based on Tamil Nadu Government’s advice, the varsity has extended the days for general counseling. The reason being students belonging to seashore areas might face internet connection difficulties due to the Nivar Cyclone.

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) Coimbatore offers undergraduate degree programs in B.Tech, B.Sc, and diploma degrees in Agriculture and Horticulture. The varsity released the TNAU UG Admission 2020 Merit List on October 23.

General candidates who will be allotted seats are required to visit Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU) Coimbatore campus for the document verification process. After document verification, provisional allotment letters will be provided to each candidate.
Only 600 candidates will be allowed in a day for the verification of documents keeping in mind Standard Operating procedures (SOP’s) issued by the Tamil Nadu Government.
The scheduled date and time for document verification will be informed to each selected candidate on their registered email and mobile number.
