The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has announced the shortlist for Online Assessment (OA) for candidates seeking admission to its premier PG programs, MA in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations (HRM & LR), MA in Organisation Development, Change and Leadership (ODCL), and Master of Hospital Administration (MHA).
Candidates who appeared for CAT 2025 can now check their selection status on the official TISS admission portal. Those who have been shortlisted must now prepare for the next stages, which include an Admission Orientation, filling out the Detailed Application Form (DAF), and the final Personal Interview (PI) and Extempore Reflection Test (ERT) rounds.

The admission timeline is strictly scheduled to ensure a smooth transition for the upcoming batch. Following the shortlist announcement, the Orientation sessions will begin as early as February 16. Shortlisted candidates are required to complete their DAF by February 28 and undergo online document verification before appearing for their interviews in March.
TISS CAT PG 2026 Online Assessment Shortlist Final Merit List Preparation
The final selection of candidates will be determined by a rigorous weightage system. For MA HRM & LR and MA ODCL, the CAT 2025 score carries a 70% weightage, while the Online Personal Interview (OPI) accounts for the remaining 30%. For the MHA program, the CAT score holds an 80% weightage, with the Extempore Reflection Test (ERT) and Online Personal Interview (OPI) each contributing 10%. The institute will compile the First Merit List based on these cumulative scores, and it is expected to be released on April 20, 2026.
