Thapar School of Liberal Arts & Sciences (TSLAS), Patiala, has officially opened admissions for its undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programmes for the 2026 academic session. Students can now apply for BA, BBA, BSc, and MA courses, among others, through the official application portal.

Admission to the UG programmes - BA, BBA, and BSc - and the PG programme - General MA, MA in Psychology - at Thapar School of Liberal Arts & Sciences will be granted based on the fulfilment of specific eligibility criteria set by the University.

For UG programmes, candidates must have obtained a minimum of 70% marks in their 10+2 or equivalent examination, calculated on the aggregate of any five subjects, with English as a mandatory subject. Applicants who have completed a three-year diploma after the 10th grade with at least 60% aggregate marks are also eligible to apply, provided they achieve an adequate score in the English Proficiency Test.

For the MA in Psychology programme, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any related discipline, such as social sciences, humanities, or management, from a recognised university, with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA).

Additionally, CUET and SAT scores will be duly considered during the selection process. Candidates who have achieved an SAT score of 1260 or above will be eligible to directly appear for the Personal Interaction round without the need to take the University’s online test.
