Telangana Education Common Entrance Test official dates released for 2026. The TG EdCET exam has been scheduled on May 12, 2026. Get details below.
The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has officially announced the schedule for the Telangana Education Common Entrance Test (TG EdCET), earlier known as TS EDCET.
It is a common entrance examination conducted by Kakatiya University, Warangal, on behalf of the Telangana Council of Higher Education for admission to the B.Ed regular course in the colleges of education in Telangana state for the academic year 2026.

In Telangana, TG EdCET applications will begin from February 23, 2026. As per the official notification of the TG.EdCET application registration fee of INR 750 (INR 550 for SC/ST/ PH) should be paid at TG Online Centers in Telangana or through Payment Gateway.
