The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) committee has announced the tentative schedule for the 2nd stray vacancy counseling and admission for BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) and BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) courses. Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Document Upload and Submission: Candidates must upload their documents via their OJEE login portal before attending the counselling session. Additionally, they are required to bring all original certificates, mark sheets, and other necessary documents, along with a set of photocopies, for verification during provisional admission.

  • Admission Fees: Admission fees must be paid online using the candidate’s OJEE login ID or through a demand draft. If paying via demand draft, it must be in favor of “OJEE,” drawn at any scheduled bank and payable in Bhubaneswar. The candidate’s name and NEET application number should be mentioned on the backside of the draft. The draft is to be submitted during reporting at the OJEE office.

  • Provisional Admission Letter: After the deposit of admission fees and submission of original Nativity Certificate and CLC (College Leaving Certificate), candidates will receive their provisional admission letter from the OJEE office, along with an acknowledgment of submitted documents.

  • Part Admission Fee:

    • The part admission fee for government/private Ayurvedic and Homeopathy colleges is Rs. 8,500. Additional fees as prescribed by the respective colleges may apply. Candidates should check the institutional websites for details about the full fee structure.
