The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has released the Phase 2 seat allotment list for MBBS admissions under the Competent Authority Quota (CQ) for the academic year 2026-27. The college-wise allotment list is available on the official KNRUHS website at knruhs.telangana.gov.in. Allotted candidates must report to their assigned colleges by 4 PM on September 19, 2026.
Candidates who have been allotted seats must complete document verification and pay the prescribed tuition fees at their respective colleges within the stipulated deadline. Those shifting colleges through the sliding process must collect their original documents and relieving orders from their previous institutions before joining the newly allotted college.

Candidates must carry original certificates and supporting documents to the allotted college. The verification is mandatory to confirm the seat.
- NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
- Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and certificates
- Transfer Certificate and Study Certificates from Class 9 to Class 12
- Local status or Nativity Certificate
- Income and Caste Certificate, where applicable
- Aadhaar Card and recent passport-size photographs
- Signed service bond as prescribed by the university

- Download the college-wise allotment PDF.
- Search for your NEET UG roll number to view the allotted college.
What Happens If a Candidate Fails to Report?
Reporting to the allotted college by the deadline is compulsory. Candidates who fail to report by 4 PM on September 19, 2026 will forfeit the allotted seat. Such vacant seats will be added to the seat matrix for the next round of counselling.
The MBBS academic session for 2026-27 began on September 15, 2026. The tight four-day reporting window ensures classes start without delay for admitted students.
