SVNIT Releases Merit List of Candidates Eligible for PhD Admission AY 2025, Entrance Exam And Interview To Be Conducted On December 12

Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology has declared that the date of the entrance exam and interview for the list of applicants chosen for admission to the PhD program for the academic year 2025 will be December 12, 2024. The "No objection" certificate from the same company must be brought by candidates seeking sponsorship from any organization.

• Click on “All Notices”
• Click on the Notice “List of Eligible, Ineligible, Provisional-Eligible candidates from various academic departments for admission in Ph.D. for the Spring semester, 2024-25”
• Click on the department
• The merit list will open

SVNIT PhD Admission Documents Required

The list of documents required on the interview date is given below:

• Passport size photograph
• Appointment letter issued by the current employer.
• Experience certificate on the company's, organization's, or institute's letterhead, properly signed by the appropriate authority.
• Salary certificates/slips of last 12 months.
• Income-Tax return of previous financial year
• Caste certificate for the candidates availing admission through SC/ST quota

On the day of the interview and/or written test, the shortlisted candidates should bring a printed copy of the completed online form, all necessary papers in their original format, and a set of appropriately self-attested photocopies of all such documents.
