St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata, has officially released the MBA fee structure for the academic year 2026, outlining detailed information related to admission fee, course fee, and additional charges applicable to students enrolled in the two-year PG management programme. The MBA programme is spread across four semesters, and the fee structure includes tuition as well as academic and skill-development components.

As per the official notification, candidates are required to pay an Admission Fee of ₹30,000 to confirm their seat. After paying the admission fee, students will be given a few weeks to deposit the first-semester course fee. However, it has been clarified that UG students of St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata, are exempted from paying the admission fee when applying for postgraduate degree programmes, including the MBA.
The total course fee for the MBA programme is ₹10.80 lakh, calculated at ₹2.70 lakh per semester over four semesters. The fee covers tuition, library access, computer and e-learning facilities, skill development programmes, industry interface activities, examinations, and other academic services.

In addition to the course fee, all MBA students must pay an Alumni Membership Fee of ₹5,015. This amount is payable along with the fourth semester fee and grants students lifetime membership of the St. Xavier’s University Kolkata Alumni Association (SXUKAA).
The university has advised applicants to review the fee structure carefully and ensure timely payment to avoid any disruption in the admission process.
