SSN Chennai has published its MBA 2023–25 placement report, recording 105 placements with strong CTC outcomes this year.

The SSN School of Management, Chennai has released the placement report for its MBA 2023–25 batch, confirming that 105 students secured positions across leading companies. The institute reported a highest CTC of ₹16.42 LPA and an average CTC of ₹7.64 LPA, reflecting steady growth in industry demand. Recruiters offered roles across marketing, finance, operations, analytics, and general management. The institute also highlighted new corporate partnerships and an improved salary range for top-performing students.
SSN MBA 2023-25 Placement Highlights
SSN Chennai recorded a 97.22% placement rate, with 105 placed out of 108 students registered for placements. The batch strength stood at 119, including 2 students on sabbatical.
The season saw a blend of returning recruiters and new companies, along with multiple high-value offers across different roles. The institute reported notable participation from BFSI, IT, SaaS, FMCG, consulting, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors.
This year’s placement cycle showcased strong salary trends. The highest CTC touched ₹16.42 LPA, while the average CTC settled at ₹7.64 LPA. The median CTC was ₹7.3 LPA. Students from the top performance groups received significantly higher pay packages:
- Top 10% Average: ₹13.57 LPA
- Top 25% Average: ₹10.87 LPA
- Top 50% Average: ₹9.33 LPA
These figures indicate the rising value of SSN’s MBA program in the job market.

Which Companies Participated in the Placements?
The placement season saw both established and new recruiters. Companies such as Colgate, Everstage, EXL, Verteil Tech, Frutta, QuickVerge, and others joined for the first time, expanding SSN’s corporate network. Regular recruiters like Deloitte, Federal Bank, City Union Bank, and MatexNet also continued to offer roles. Sectors like IT/ITES, BFSI, FMCG, telecom, research, and manufacturing contributed to multiple job opportunities.
The CTC distribution showed encouraging numbers, with most offers falling between ₹6–10 LPA. The institute reported:
- 14 offers above ₹12 LPA
- 22 offers between ₹8–10 LPA
- 22 offers between ₹7–8 LPA
- 28 offers between ₹6–7 LPA
The data reflects balanced opportunities across salary brackets and steady growth for mid-range packages.

Top Recruiters and Job Roles Offered
Some of the major recruiters included Federal Bank, EXL, Verteil Tech, ITC Hotels, Colgate, Mondelez, HDFC Life, HP, and CBRE. Students were hired for roles across:
- Sales & Marketing – Sales Trainee, Area Sales Lead, Key Account Executive
- Finance – Finance Analyst, Tax Consultant, Treasury Operations
- Operations – SCM, Process Operations, Implementation Engineer
- Analytics/IT – Analyst, BI Consultant, Data Insights
