SSMC Rewa Paramedical Program Admission Documents Require
Candidates whose names appear on the list of candidates selected for the Shyam Shah Medical College Paramedical program must present the following documents at the time of admission:
- Class 10 and 12 certificates and mark sheets
- Admit card
- Scorecard or rank letter
- Valid ID proof: Such as an Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license, or passport
- Eight passport-size photographs
- Provisional allotment letter
- Caste certificate
- PwD certificate
