Shyam Shah Medical College has announced the admissions timetable for its Paramedical programs. Candidates who have completed their 10+2 examination with science as one of the courses chosen are eligible to apply through the SSMC MP Application portal by February 12, 2025.

SSMC Paramedical Programs Documents Required
Candidates must submit the following documents at the time of submitting the application and provide the original copy of the same at the time of documents verification.
- Class 10th Result (DOB Proof).
- Marksheet of class 12th (including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects).
- Original copy of the domicile certificate.
- Original copy of the migration certificate.
- Caste certificate issued by a competent authority (for reserved categories).
- An income certificate is issued by a competent authority for candidates from other backward classes (OBC).
- EWS (Economically Weaker Section) certificate issued by a competent authority for EWS candidates.
- Disability certificate issued by a competent authority for candidates with disabilities.
- Five passport-sized photographs.
- No objection certificate (NOC) issued by a competent authority for departmental employees.
The candidate is responsible for submitting their application online, following the guidelines provided. Any missing or erroneous information provided during document verification will result in the cancellation of the application. If the applicant fails to present accurate information or does not match the required criteria, their application will be rejected under any circumstances.
