SOIL Institute of Management, popularly known as SOIL, has announced final round applications for its PGPM and PGDM programs in management for the academic year 2026-27. Candidates seeking admission to a management program that is equivalent to an MBA program should apply by March 21, 2026, through the official website, soil.edu.in.

SOIL MBA Eligibility Criteria & Selection Criteria

SOIL PGPM Admission 2026: Candidates who wish to seek admission in the one-year MBA-PGPM program at SOIL Institute of Management must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks, 60% marks in class 10 and 12 standard examinations. Students must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience, and a valid CAT (2024-25), NMAT (2025-26), and XAT (2025-26) accepted. If a candidate does not have the above scores, then they have to appear for the SOIL SAT Test.

The selection criteria will be based on the Group Exercise and Personal Interview, Valid required scores, or the SOIL SAT Test. The final decision will be emailed to the selected candidates within four weeks of taking the interview.

SOIL PGDM Admission 2026: Candidates who wish to seek admission in the one-year MBA-PGDM program at SOIL Institute of Management must hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Students must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience, and a valid CAT, NMAT, GMAT, CMAT, MAT, SNAP, ATMA, and XAT are accepted. If a candidate in a final year wishes to apply can even if they had a less than 3 years of work experience.

TAs per the official website, the selection process includes 35% weightage of exam scores, 15% weightage of academics, 5% weightage of extracurriculars, 5% weightage of work experience, and 40% weightage of Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
