Sir MVIT Placement Report 2025 highlights strong outcomes with ₹15.73 LPA highest package and 76.62% overall placements.

Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology has officially released its Placement Report 2025 for the 2024–25 graduating batch, showcasing encouraging placement outcomes across branches. The institute recorded participation from 46 recruiting companies, offering a total of 331 job offers to eligible students.
The placement drive saw a highest package of ₹15.73 LPA, along with multiple high-paying roles above ₹7 LPA. Overall, 76.62% of students were placed, reflecting consistent industry demand and steady recruiter confidence.
Sir MVIT Placement Report 2025 Highlight
The 2024–25 placement season at Sir MVIT demonstrated balanced performance across core and technology-driven roles. A total of 46 companies conducted campus recruitment, issuing 331 offers to students from various branches. The average placement rate stood at 76.62%, indicating that more than three-fourths of the batch secured job opportunities through campus drives.
Highest Packages and Salary Trends
Two companies emerged as top paymasters during the placement cycle. Kick Drum Technologies offered the highest package of ₹15.73 LPA, followed by Tally Solutions with ₹12.98 LPA. In addition, eight companies offered salary packages above ₹7 LPA, highlighting the availability of premium roles for skilled candidates in analytics, consulting, software, and core engineering domains.
The placement drive attracted a diverse mix of IT services, consulting firms, manufacturing companies, analytics firms, and MNCs. Major recruiters included Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, IBM Consulting India, Mu Sigma, Toyota Kirloskar, Schneider Electric, Harman Digital, Berger Paints, and Scaler Academy, among others. Several emerging startups and mid-sized firms also hired students, expanding opportunities across sectors.
In total, 45 companies were listed as active recruiters for the 2024–25 batch. These companies offered roles in software development, analytics, consulting, core engineering, apprenticeships, and healthcare technology, ensuring opportunities for students from different academic backgrounds.
The institute is expected to continue phase-wise placement support, including additional recruitment drives, internship-to-PPO opportunities, and skill enhancement initiatives for students still seeking placements. Students are advised to stay updated with the Training and Placement Cell for upcoming drives and documentation requirements related to offer acceptance and onboarding.
