Silicon University is inviting applications for admission to Ph.D. programs for the January 2025 session. The last date of application is December 8, 2024, and the merit list will be released on December 12, 2024. Admission will be taken based on the entrance test which will be conducted on December 21, 2024, and personal interview.

Applications are now open for full-time and part-time enrollment in the Ph.D. program for January 2025 in the following disciplines:

• Engineering: Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
• Sciences: Mathematics,Chemistry
• Management

Eligibility Criteria

• A degree in M.E./M.Tech./Integrated M.Tech./MCA/M.Sc./M.A./MBA/M.Com./B.Tech is required.
• Candidates must also clear the Silicon University Admission Test, which includes a written exam and an interview. The entrance test comprises questions in research methodology (50%) and subject-specific topics (50%).
• Candidates with valid UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, GATE, CAT, or equivalent national or state-level test scores are exempt from the entrance test.
• Students who have secured 50 % marks in the entrance test (written) are eligible to be called for the interview.
