Silicon University Bhubaneswar Fee Structure 2025-26

Silicon University, Bhubaneswar has released the fee structure for its UG, PG, and PhD programs for the 2025-26 academic year. The fee for B.Tech (Regular) programs is INR 1,05,000 per semester and for M.Tech programs is INR 75,000 per semester.

Furthermore, the university also provides hostel and transportation facilities. Candidates have to pay one-time non-refundable hostel registration charges of INR 9,000 and a mess advance of INR 22,500 per semester. Free transportation facilities are provided for all the students within the Bhubaneswar city limit.

The university will provide a rebate of 5% on the fees if candidates pay the total program fees annually at the beginning of the academic session.

Additionally, the one-time admission fee for all UG and PhD programs is INR 20,000 and for PG programs is INR 10,000 to be paid at the time of admission.

Hostel Fees 2025-26

Candidates have to pay one-time hostel registration charges (non-refundable) of INR 9,000. The mess fee is INR 22,500 per semester to be paid in advance.
