Sharda University has revealed the list of individuals chosen for the PhD program interview round. Candidates with names on the list are called to an interview between February 4 and 7, 2025. Candidates will be selected based on their past academic record, interview performance, and research work presented.

Sharda University PhD Program Documents Required

Candidates must have the below-listed documents with them at the time of the interview:

• Common Application Form for PhD
• Photocopies of your 10th and 12th-grade mark sheets, as well as your bachelor's and master's degree mark sheets.
• Your bachelor's and master's degree certificates.
• Photocopy of your school ID, Aadhar card, or PAN card.
• Original registration payment receipt.
• Three passport-sized pictures.
• Sharda University provided an admission card for the entrance exam.
• A copy of your GATE, NET, SET, UET, or other equivalent exam scorecard
• If relevant, a copy of a published or accepted research work in a SCI/SCOPUS/WoS/PubMed journal.

The candidates' final selection will be based on their previous academic performance, research work submitted, and performance in the interview round. Following the interview stage, the candidate's acceptance status will be communicated directly to their registered email address.
