Sharda University Begins UG/PG Admissions 2026; Apply Now

Sharda University in Greater Noida has begun its admissions for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs for the academic year 2026. Candidates can apply online through the university’s official portal sharda.ac.in

Registration for UG/PG has started in October 2025. Candidates are required to pay an application fee of ₹ 1,500 and ₹ 1000 for Girls. The university states that this fee is non-refundable and may change at its discretion.

Sharda University conducts its own entrance test called SUAT (Sharda University Admission Test). It is a compulsory exam for most UG and PG courses. The test is held online and checks the student’s basic knowledge in subjects related to their chosen course. After qualifying SUAT, students must attend a personal interview or group discussion for final selection.

For UG programs, completion of Class 12 (10+2) from a recognised board with required aggregate marks, and the B.Sc. program requires 55% in 10+2.

For B.Tech (UG) candidates need 10+2 in PCM/CS or PCB for Biotechnology, typically with 60% aggregate, and sometimes a minimum of 50% in Maths.

For PG programs, including the MBA, a candidate needs a Graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks. An entrance exam, such as CAT/MAT/XAT, may also be required.

Minimum age for undergraduate courses is 17 years as on 31 December of the admission year.

To apply for Sharda University, a candidate needs to visit the official website of Sharda University: sharda.ac.in. They register as a new applicant, provide their mobile number and email, fill in personal and academic details, and then generate a System ID.

Students must choose their programs and upload the required documents, and pay the application fee online. After payment, keep the confirmation receipt and your System ID handy for further admission steps.
