SET/SITEEE 2026 Registration Begins; Apply By April 15 @set-test.org

SET/SITEEE 2026 is the entrance test conducted by Symbiosis International University (SIU) for admission to various undergraduate programs such as Management, Media, Economics, Computer Studies, Engineering, Liberal Arts, Artificial Intelligence, Sports Science, and more. Registration for the exam has begun, and candidates can apply now on the official website, set-test.org.

The application fee for SET/SITEEE 2026 is ₹2,250 per test, as mentioned on the official Symbiosis website. Candidates must pay this fee separately for each test they choose to appear for, and the amount is non-refundable and non-transferable.

In addition to the test fee, candidates are also required to pay a program registration fee of ₹1,000 for each program they wish to apply to under Symbiosis International University. The payment can be made online through debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

SET/SITEEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility criteria vary by institute and programme under SET and SITEEE. Common criteria include:

The candidate must have passed Class XII (10+2) or an equivalent examination from a recognised board. A minimum of 50% marks is required for the general category and 45% marks for SC/ST candidates.

For B.Tech programs under SIT/SITEEE, Physics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects along with one additional approved subject.

For some programs like B.Sc. (Applied Statistics & Data Science), Mathematics is mandatory.

Students wishing to pursue Honours with Research must secure a minimum 7.5 CGPA by the end of Semester 6.

For Global Dual Degree programs with Deakin University, candidates must meet additional conditions such as a minimum WAM of 55 and an IELTS score of 6.

SET/SITEEE 2026 Selection Process

The selection process for SET/SITEEE 2026 includes:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):

Conducted on May 02, 2026 and May 10, 2026.

Duration is 60 minutes.

No negative marking.

If a candidate appears for the test on both dates, the higher score is used.

2. Shortlisting by Institutes:

After the results are announced on May 20, 2026, individual Symbiosis institutes shortlist candidates based on test scores.

3. Further Selection Rounds:

Depending on the programme, institutes may conduct Personal Interviews (PI), Written Ability Tests (WAT), or additional assessments.

4. Final Merit List:

Institutes prepare the final merit list based on test scores and performance in selection rounds.
