South Asian University (SAU) has launched new courses for 2025. Admissions are open for regular PhD programs, MS (Data Science and Artificial Intelligence) - online program and short-term online certificate courses - Communication Design and Graphics, Theatrical Arts and Acting Techniques, Vocal Music and Art of Singing, and Fashion Design, Modelling and Styling.

*The duration of each certificate course is 3 months.
SAU Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- MS (Data Science and Artificial Intelligence):
- B.Tech/BE in any branch
- UG in any subject with a minimum of two courses in mathematics
- M.Sc/ MS in any subject with a minimum of two courses in mathematics at UG or PG level
- MCA
- Short-term Certificate Courses:
- Students pursuing bachelor’s degree and above
- Working professionals
- Regular Full-time PhD:
- PG degree in MA/MSc/MCA/MS/MTech/LLM with minimum 50% marks for admission to Social Sciences and Law and minimum 55% marks for admission to Science subjects.
- Candidates with integrated Bachelor's and Master's degrees with at least 5 years of College/University education.
- Candidates having a 4 year Bachelor's degree.

*Student Aid Fund of INR 830 will be provided to the candidates.
25% concession in course fees will be provided to all the in-service faculty members of the SAARC nations, SAU students, and SAU alumni. 50% concession in course fees will be provided to all SAU students for the short-term certificate courses.
The students admitted to the PhD programs through the Entrance Test will be provided hostel accommodation (as per the Hostel rules) and will be exempted from paying the tuition fee. The university will offer a stipend of INR 25,000 per month for a maximum period of five years if they are not receiving any other financial support/fellowship/stipend for the purpose of pursuing the PhD programs.
