General Rules for SANGAM ULLAS 2024

• Participants must arrive at the event venue half an hour before the event starts.
• If a participant fails to participate or report on time, no refund of the fee will be provided.
• Slot allotment for performance is solely at the discretion of the coordinators.
• The decision of the judges and referees is final and binding.
• Any violation of rules can lead to disqualification at any time.
• The use of alcohol, drugs or any such psychedelics is strictly prohibited, and will lead to immediate disqualification and further action.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel participation or any event at any moment.
• Participants should confer with the event coordinator for any immediate changes or updates.
