Sambalpur University PhD Program Documents Required
Candidates must submit the following documents in authentic and self-attested format at the time of admission to the Sambalpur University PhD Program:
- Copies of your tenth, twelveth, undergraduate, and postgraduate degree certificates
- A copy of your GATE scorecard or comparable national test certificate.
- A copy of your SC/ST/OBC-NC/GEN-EWS/PD certificate, as appropriate
- Provide a no-objection certificate from your employer and a scanned copy of your passport-sized photo.
- A scanned copy of the payment slip
- The needed application fee
The list of individuals exempt from the RET has been created based on the preliminary examination of applications. If any candidate is discovered to be ineligible at any point, their candidature will be withdrawn.
